Reformed Canarian country house in the lovely village of Maguez, in the north of the island. The front part is about 140 years old and was completely reformed 15 years ago without changing the original character of the house. The modern extension was also added in 2005/2006.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, beautiful large entrance hall, separate kitchen, large living/dining room with fireplace and a very large bathroom with a beautiful volcanic stone wall and round tub.
The large living room is entered through a round arch and has a double wing door leading outside to the 55 sqm terrace. From here there is a staircase leading up to the 90 sqm roof terrace, which gives wonderful views of the village and surrounding volcanoes. It is possible to build an extension of the house on top of the existing roof. The terrace area has a barbecue area and an original Canarian oven, where bread was baked in the past and which is still totally suitable for the same purpose.
