In the land registry office it is inscribed as 2.282 m2 and in the cadastre office as 1.908 m2. The reason being that the Town Hall took away almost 400 m2 to widen the road. Town Hall says that they would still grant building permission because the minimum size for the building licence is 2000 m2, because it is responsible for the reduced size.
